Privacy policy
Last updated 31 October 2026
This policy explains what personal information I collect when you visit this website or get in touch, why I need it, how it’s kept safe and what your rights are. I keep it as short and clear as possible.
Who I am
This website is run by Bellissima. Where this page says “I”, “me” or “my”, that’s who it means.
Email: info@theenquiryhub.com
I am the “data controller” for your information, which means I’m responsible for looking after it under UK data protection law (the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018).
What I collect
- When you send an enquiry: your name, email address, phone number if you give it, your message and the treatment you’re interested in. Enquiries are stored securely on this website and sent to me by email.
- When you book or become a client: your contact details, appointment history, payments and anything you tell me that’s needed to look after you properly.
- When you browse this site: the server keeps basic technical logs, such as your IP address and browser type, to keep the site secure.
Why I use it
The law asks me to give a reason, called a “lawful basis”, for each way I use your information:
- To reply to your enquiry, because you’ve asked me to and it’s in both our interests (legitimate interests, or steps before a contract).
- To provide the treatment you’ve booked, take payment and keep you updated (contract).
- To keep accounts and records that the law requires, such as for tax (legal obligation).
I never sell your information, and I won’t add you to a mailing list unless you ask to join one.
Who I share it with
I only share your information with trusted services that help me run my business. They can only use it to provide their service to me, and must keep it safe.
- The company that hosts this website and my email.
I may also share information if the law requires it, for example with HMRC, or with my insurer or legal adviser if there’s ever a claim.
Some of these services may store information outside the UK, for example in the United States. When that happens it’s protected by safeguards the UK government recognises, such as the UK-US Data Bridge or standard contract clauses.
How long I keep it
- Enquiries that don’t lead to a booking: up to 12 months, then they’re deleted.
- Client records: while you’re a client, and for up to three years after your last treatment, in case you have questions or there’s a claim.
- Invoices and payment records: six years, because HMRC requires it.
Keeping it safe
This website uses a secure connection (the padlock in your browser), and access to your information is protected by strong passwords. Only people who need it to look after you can see it.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the information held about you
- ask for anything wrong or out of date to be corrected
- ask for your information to be deleted
- object to, or ask to limit, how it’s used
- ask for it to be sent to you or someone else in a common format
- withdraw your consent at any time, where that’s the reason it’s being used
Just get in touch using the details above. It’s free, and I’ll reply within one month.
Making a complaint
If you’re unhappy with how your information has been handled, please talk to me first so I can put it right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113.
Cookies
Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. This site doesn’t use any analytics or advertising cookies. Every cookie this site uses, what it’s for and how long it lasts is listed in my cookie policy.
Changes to this policy
If anything changes, this page will be updated and the date at the top will change too.
